DUE to the enormous excitement and interest in tomorrow's Nedbank Challenge, the City of Joburg has arranged an additional Park and Ride on Rand Show Road. This Park and Walk is called the Rand Show Park and Walk. It is located on the corner of Randshow and Aerodome Road. Spectators are urged to use the N1 South and then off ramp and turn left at the Rand Show Road turn off. They should then turn left into Aerodome Street and follow the signs into the parking. This site which is owned by iProp (Ltd) and Mashate (Pty) Ltd will be managed by them tomorrow and will cost spectators R30 per car. The other park and walks available for tomorrow is at Shareworld. Shareworld is located on Shaft Road in the suburb of Nasrec. Spectators can access this Park and Ride by either:
Despite these additional arrangements, the City urges match holders to use public transport. The Rea Vaya will be introducing increased frequencies to Soccer City from both Thokoza Park and Ellis Park from 10am.
