Firstly allow me to say thanks, job well done to associates, excellencies, ministers, premiers and the Office of the Presidency – not forgetting transport comrades and fellow country men who finally decided to support this wonderful realisation or initiative by our government.

Indeed, I am writing this to beseech your office to unfold or pilot this project to Moretele Two (Lefiso to Pankop). We are just 124 km north east of Pretoria, 60 km north east of Hammanskraal, but we are without reliable, safe and economic transport. (From Seabe to Pretoria we pay R44.00 single trip and a bus ticket is procured at R40 per trip, 5-day bus ticket is R150.00) Remember 78% of commuters are from these sectors (domestic, retail, construction, cleaning and security). I will only die peacefully if our people can be assisted in regards to this proposal.

We have elected a forum to hold meetings with department of transport, but their reporting will only make people to take to their legs, which I believe is not healthy for our country. Our people are poor even when they are employed due to the high costs of transport.
